Jeff Hawkins
Jeff Hawkins has broad and deep experience with construction management services. He has worked on projects ranging in size from $300,000 to $23,000,000. He offers extensive construction administration and cost estimating skills. His scheduling abilities are exemplary, upholding project timetables by effectively planning all work for the most efficient use of time and money.
Scott Heatly, P.E.
Scott Heatly, P.E. brings high level skill in managing fast-track, high risk, complex projects, that have been the key for our market development in the design-build arena. To date, more than half of our projects are delivered through the design-build delivery method.
Constructability, Architectural Design Intent, Schedule, Cost and Risk Management are all hallmarks of Scott’s project management philosophy. Ultimately, the dedication to the client’s goals and overall contribution to the project is the focus of Scott’s management. Although the structural system is our primary concern, we realize project design cannot occur in a vacuum and decisions have an impact on all aspects of a building. It’s this awareness that adds value beyond the structural system. In the end the client is the beneficiary.
